In Evalanche, leads are generated via form entries in mailing campaigns. The UTM parameters in the form entries are also saved in Evalanche. The profile including UTM parameters is synchronized into the centralized platform. The campaigns from Google Ads also run into the platform – thanks to seamless integration using the HubEngine.
The further conversion of leads is tracked in the centralized platform. In this example, via direct input into the centralized platform via its user interface. However, the information can also come from the CRM or ERP system. As soon as leads have been converted to contacts and a deal has been realized, the ROI of the campaigns that were synchronized from Google Ads can be calculated via the UTM parameters of the contacts that were originally delivered from Evalanche associated to the lead.
Thus, it can be seen quite clearly how many leads come through which campaigns and also which campaigns that bring leads who close deals. So there is transparency about marketing accountability, which in turn enables optimal campaign management. This is especially important since studies estimate that poorly qualified leads cause 550 man-hours and $32,000 in costs per salesperson annually. Optimal campaign management (i.e., focus on successful campaigns) also increases lead quality.
But how effective are the campaigns that have been carried out? Via the Marini Integration Platform, all relevant information (i.e. profiles and tracking data) is gathered from Evalanche and transformed in such a way that it can be optimally evaluated via a BI dashboard – in this case via Google Data Studio.
There, you have access to extensive analysis options. This allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of your campaigns and then adjust and optimize them. Marketing accountability has long been an important part of every marketing activity. The prerequisite for using the Evalanche Data Cloud is an Evalanche client with API rights. Nothing else needs to be installed in Evalanche. The Evalanche Sales Cloud can simply be connected to Evalanche and then used fully integrated. Further systems can be integrated fast and flexibly with the platform via the HubEngine.
The Evalanche Data Cloud was modeled on the basis of the Marini Integration Platform in collaboration with SC-Networks, with a high priority given to data security and data protection (DSGVO-compliant and hosted in Germany).
Evalanche (Marketing) can be seamlessly integrated with the Evalanche Data Cloud. This allows the two systems to work as one solution. The integration can be configured so that data is always up-to-date in both systems. Optionally, a leading system or based on record-level conditions can also be defined.
