Norbert Schuster is Director Business Development and Partner Management at Marini Systems. He has spent 25 years building up and managing companies and marketing and sales departments in the software industry. For more than 10 years, he has been intensively involved in the topics of digitalisation in marketing and sales, marketing automation, lead management, Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Robotic Selling®. In addition to his work in business development, he is a consultant, speaker, lecturer and author of the books “Digitalisation in Marketing and Sales”, “Marketing Automation for Existing Customers”, “Lead Management” and “The Inbound Marketing Method”.
