The DataEngine is the aPaaS (Application Platform as a Service) component of the Marini Enterprise Data Integration Platform. It is used for data management and also enables the automated control of cross-system processes.
With the DataEngine, you can model and customize individual applications, such as the Customer Data Platform or the Integrated Sales Cloud. There are no limits to the development and extension of your application.
The DataEngine is also used in combination with the HubEngine for sophisticated ETL and ELT integrations. The methodical application possibilities are described in detail under the technologies.
Basically, modules, fields and relations can be created in the DataEngine without any restrictions and without a single line of code. Furthermore, any amount of data can be stored in the DataEngine and processes can be automated. Everything in the DataEngine is designed so that functions and also complex requirements can be met via a no-coding concept.
The DataEngine targets power users who want to model applications (data management, ETL, ELT) and do not want to start a tough IT project. Power users can also create complex applications without programming via the no-code platform. To do this, however, they need to know very precisely how their application should work and have a very good understanding of data structures and processes. Usually internal data (e.g. ERP, CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service) and external data (e.g. MDM, ESG and AML) are consolidated and managed centralized or distributed by the Integration Platform of Marini Systems, i.e. by the HubEngine and the DataEngine. As Marini Systems is specialized in the area of Enterprise Data Integration and builds on an infrastructure developed for this purpose (scalable and high-performance data center, HubEngine, DataEngine, Data Marketplace) there are hardly any limits.
