How we work
Hybrid - sustainable - flexible.
- Sustainable and efficient
Already 2 years before COVID-19 we switched to a completely paperless office and made our contribution to more sustainability – for our environment and more efficient business processes. This decision also enabled us to switch completely to a home office from one day to the next on March 16, 2020, without the slightest change in the work process.
- Free and flexible
Our internal survey showed that more than 80% of the team would like to have a mixture of office and home office. All employees decide for themselves how often they come to the office. Only the team events are mandatory ;-).
- Quality and growth
In order to complete our customer projects successfully and efficiently, we have high quality standards. Therefore, we invest in high-quality working materials in the office and home office as well as your personal growth through team trainings and tandem partners during the onboarding process.
- Agile and structured
Our teams consist of 3-7 people with different levels of education. Depending on the expertise, it is possible to grow within a team, switch between teams, lead and develop your own team or even build a completely new team. The agile teams structure themselves completely independently and can thus complete internal and external projects quickly and in a goal-oriented manner.
