We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.
This role can also be performed remotely. You do not necessarily have to be based in Frankfurt.
In this role you will work closely with our customers and act as a competent and trustworthy customer consultant. The goal is to ensure the successful deployment and sustainable development of the Marini Integration Platform at the customer’s site.
responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers to promote up-selling and cross-selling within the organisation.
- Develop and implement programmes to increase licence usage within the active group and promote cross-selling opportunities in other groups.
- You will act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure a quick and sustainable resolution.
- Communicate technical product know-how and business value of our products to customers.
Requirements
- University degree in the field of business administration or a related subject
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, customer success
- management and technical account management
- Previous experience as a CSM in the area of SaaS/iPaaS would be an advantage
- Understanding of business processes in the area of marketing and sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Passion for technology and understanding of related business opportunities
