Connect Shopware with ERP, CRM and Marketing. Orders, inventory, prices automated. Bidirectional, real-time, no-code.

Would you like to have consistent and accurate customer data in weclapp and Shopware at all times without any IT projects? That’s exactly what MARINI is for.
With MARINI, the integration of weclapp and Shopware is ready to use in just a few days and grows flexibly with your requirements.
And the best part: we handle the integration for you. Our experts set up your weclapp Shopware interface on your behalf or together with your team.
Important note: The video shows the integration of HubSpot with SAP C4C. Of course, connecting to weclapp with Shopware and many other systems is also possible.

weclapp is a cloud-based ERP system for mid-sized companies with integrated CRM, inventory management, e-commerce connectivity, and accounting. Shopware is an e-commerce platform for B2B and B2C with flexible architecture and a strong focus on the DACH market.
The weclapp Shopware integration connects inventory management and online shop in real-time. Orders flow automatically into the ERP, stock levels are synchronized instantly, and prices remain consistent across all channels. The result: no manual data entry, no overselling, no inconsistencies.
Typical scenarios where a bidirectional integration makes the decisive difference.
Automatically transfer orders to the ERP. Shop orders are immediately created as customer orders in weclapp, complete with customer data, items, and payment information. Your team can start processing directly without manual data entry. This saves time and prevents typing errors.
Synchronize stock levels in real-time. Availability from weclapp is continuously transmitted to Shopware. Customers always see actual stock levels, overselling becomes a thing of the past. No more frustrated calls because an ordered product isn’t actually available.
Manage product master data centrally. You decide whether to maintain products, descriptions, and images in weclapp or Shopware. The integration ensures that all changes are automatically transferred. A central data foundation significantly reduces maintenance effort and error sources.
Apply prices and conditions from the ERP. Price determination, tiered pricing, and discounts come directly from weclapp and are displayed in the shop. B2B customers see their individual conditions, B2C customers the standard price list. All without manual updates in both systems.
Synchronize customer master data between shop and ERP. Customers who register in the shop are automatically created in weclapp, including order history and payment information. Sales, accounting, and customer service work with the same data.
Display delivery status in the customer account. Tracking information from weclapp or the connected shipping service provider is automatically visible in the Shopware customer account. Customers always know where their order is. This reduces service inquiries and noticeably improves the customer experience.
The use cases on this page are not theoretical, but implementing them requires experience. You can set up integration and data management yourself through MARINI’s no-code interface, or have our team configure it for you. For implementation in your systems, we work collaboratively with you and your service providers. If you don’t yet have a suitable service provider, we’re happy to recommend an appropriate partner from our network.

Scaling without chaos. When your online shop grows, manual data maintenance becomes a bottleneck. The weclapp Shopware integration automates order-to-cash, from the first click to the invoice. You can double order volume without increasing headcount.
Shorter cash conversion cycles. Orders land immediately in the ERP, invoices go out faster, incoming payments are recorded earlier. Capital doesn’t remain tied up unnecessarily. Especially in high-growth phases, this makes the difference.
Data-driven decisions in real-time. When stock levels, orders, and customer data flow automatically between shop and ERP, you can trust dashboards. Productivity, inventory turnover, contribution margins: The numbers are accurate because the foundation is solid.
For: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations
Sales works with real numbers. Previously, you had to check the ERP to see if an item was available. Today you see stock levels, open orders, and delivery times directly in the CRM or shop backend. Customers get a binding answer faster.
Marketing uses purchase history for segmentation. Which customers bought product X, which ones abandoned their cart? The data from weclapp flows automatically into the marketing tool. You can base campaigns on actual purchasing behavior, not just clicks and downloads.
Customer service has all information in one place. When a customer calls, you immediately see: When was it ordered, what was delivered, what’s outstanding, are there any complaints? No more follow-up questions to colleagues in the warehouse or accounting. The answer is in the system.
Purchasing and warehouse work proactively. When Shopware orders flow directly into the ERP, dispatch can react faster. Which items are moving, which aren’t? The integration provides the data foundation for automatic order suggestions and optimized inventory levels.

REST APIs and webhooks for real-time synchronization. weclapp and Shopware 6 both offer modern REST APIs. MARINI uses these endpoints for bidirectional synchronization: orders, items, customers, stock levels. Webhooks ensure that changes are transmitted event-based, no polling intervals needed.
Mapping and field rules for complex data structures. Shopware only knows Customer, weclapp distinguishes Customers and Contacts. MARINI maps the structures cleanly and enables individual field rules: Which attributes should be synchronized, which not? How are Custom Attributes from Shopware represented in weclapp?
Automatically handle conflicts and duplicates. When the same customer exists in both systems or an item is changed simultaneously in shop and ERP, MARINI’s conflict logic takes over. You define which system is leading, and the platform ensures that no data is lost or overwritten.
Monitoring, logs, and alerts for production-ready operation. Every synchronization is logged, errors are reported in real-time. You see in the dashboard which objects were transferred, where errors occurred, and why. For critical issues, you automatically receive a notification. GDPR and revDSG compliance included, hosting exclusively in the EU.
Business-critical data deserves maximum reliability. At MARINI, security isn’t an add-on—it’s our lived standard. Our security architecture at a glance:
This keeps your central data infrastructure stable, protected, and scalable at all times. Together, we’ll find the right integration and tailor it precisely to your requirements.
In weclapp, typically Customers, Contacts, Articles, Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Inventory are synchronized. In Shopware, these are Products, Categories, Customers, Orders, Carts, and Prices. Custom Attributes and Custom Objects are supported in both systems. MARINI can synchronize all these objects bidirectionally and in real-time.
weclapp offers a REST API for all essential business objects, Shopware 6 provides an Admin API, Store API, and Sync API. MARINI uses these endpoints and connects them via webhooks for event-based synchronization. This means: Changes are transferred immediately, without delay. Authentication is performed via OAuth 2.0 and API tokens.
You decide. weclapp is typically leading for inventory management, orders, invoices, stock levels, and accounting. Shopware is often leading for product presentation in the shop, shopping carts, and the checkout journey. However, MARINI also enables mixed scenarios: product master data from weclapp, product descriptions and images from Shopware.
MARINI supports both versions. Shopware 5 reached End of Life in July 2024, migration to Shopware 6 is recommended. The versions differ fundamentally in architecture and API. For Shopware 6, all endpoints are available, including custom endpoints for individual extensions.
In Shopware standard, there is only Customer without distinction between Companies and Contacts. weclapp knows both objects. MARINI maps the structures cleanly: Shopware customers can be created as weclapp Customers, with additional Contacts if needed. B2B extensions in Shopware that add Company structures are also supported.
Standard plugins often reach their limits with orders, products, and complex scenarios. MARINI can integrate all endpoints without restrictions, including custom endpoints. The platform offers true mapping, conflict handling, monitoring, and alerts. Especially with multiple Shopware instances or complex data flows, the difference becomes apparent: MARINI orchestrates data between any number of systems, bidirectionally and in real-time.
With MARNI, we were able to successfully optimize our digital sales processes. We were particularly impressed by the flexibility and scalability of the platform, which helped us to implement our projects quickly and efficiently.

We support you in integrating weclapp and Shopware. Personalized. Tailored to your goals.
