Service Layer API and REST. The integration uses the SAP Business One Service Layer API (REST/OData). SugarCRM is connected via REST API v11. Both systems offer modern, documented interfaces. MARINI connects them without middleware installation in the systems themselves. You don’t need to install modules in SAP B1 or plugins in SugarCRM.

On-Premise and Cloud supported. SAP Business One is often operated on-premise, SugarCRM can be cloud or on-prem. MARINI supports both deployment variants and can also connect hybrid setups. You don’t have to perform a migration to realize the integration.
