Bidirectional synchronization with conflict management. Customers, opt-ins, orders: This data flows in both directions. When a consent status changes in Inxmail, Shopware needs to know. When a customer changes their email address in the shop, Inxmail must be updated. MARINI maps the objects, identifies duplicates, and resolves conflicts according to defined rules.

Real-time triggers for time-critical campaigns. Cart abandonment, order confirmation, return: These events must be processed immediately. Shopware sends events, MARINI forwards them to Inxmail. Frequently Asked Questions about Shopware Inxmail Integration

Customers, orders, carts, products, newsletter opt-ins, and tracking data (opens, clicks, bounces). Custom fields from Shopware can also be mapped to Inxmail attributes. Synchronization is bidirectional, so consent changes flow in both directions.

MARINI supports both Shopware 5 and Shopware 6. Shopware 5 reached end of life in July 2024 but can still be connected. Shopware 6 offers the more modern API architecture and is recommended for new integrations. Data flows are possible in both versions.

Yes. Many customers operate multiple Shopware instances, for example one for B2C and one for B2B. MARINI can connect both with the same Inxmail account and cleanly separate or merge the data. You can define which data from which shop flows into which Inxmail list.

Inxmail Professional is for newsletters and campaigns with fixed send times. Inxmail Commerce is for event-based transactional emails like order confirmations or shipping notifications. MARINI can connect both products. The adapter for Inxmail Professional already exists, the one for Commerce can be developed without problems.

Yes, the integration works in real-time. Cart abandonments, new orders, or opt-in changes are transmitted immediately. You can define trigger thresholds, such as “cart abandonment email only after 2 hours.” For bulk data like customer base or product catalog, synchronizations also run on schedule, for example at night.

Yes. The integration is bidirectional. If someone unsubscribes in Inxmail, the consent status is updated in Shopware. Vice versa as well: if someone unsubscribes from the newsletter in the shop, Inxmail learns this immediately. This ensures GDPR compliance across all channels.
