You can also automatically map list memberships and segmentation rules. The integration is flexible and adapts to your processes.

No. SAP Sales Cloud V2 is the successor generation to C4C (V1) and a complete redevelopment based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). V2 offers more modern APIs (OData v4), better UX, and native S/4HANA integration. Not all customers have migrated yet. For an integration, you should check whether you’re using V1 or V2, as the APIs differ.

You decide. Often SAP Sales Cloud V2 is leading for master data (accounts, contacts, leads), Inxmail for consent status and newsletter preferences.
