Once an account in C4C is linked with the DUNS, it can be added to D&B monitoring. Updates at D&B are automatically pushed and available in real-time in C4C. You can activate monitoring manually or rule-based.
No. MARINI connects directly to the C4C OData REST API and the D&B Direct+ API. A connection via SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is not required and is generally not requested. This simplifies the architecture and reduces dependencies.
Yes, with Criteria Search you can search for companies by criteria such as industry, size, address, and radius. You can import the results directly as new accounts into C4C. Ideal for targeted sales campaigns and new customer acquisition.
With D&B compliance data, you can map KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and ESG requirements. This includes UBO verification (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) and sanctions screening. The data is available directly in the C4C account.
When creating a new account, you use Type-Ahead Search. You enter the company name and select from the D&B matches. The account is automatically linked with the DUNS and all configured Data Blocks are retrieved. You can match existing accounts via Identity Resolution.
