Tracking data from Inxmail (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes) flows back to Salesforce as activities or custom fields. You can also use opportunity data for segmentation without synchronizing it directly.
Salesforce is typically authoritative for account and contact master data, opportunity status, lead information, and custom fields. Inxmail is authoritative for email sending, newsletter templates, tracking data, consent status, and unsubscribes.
