The Magento Dun & Bradstreet Integration ensures that customer data in your store is automatically validated, enriched, and kept up to date. Newly created B2B customers are linked with their DUNS number, company data is standardized, and compliance requirements such as KYC and AML are fulfilled directly. When risk factors change (such as insolvency or company restructuring), this information is immediately available in the store.
This integration connects product presentation and checkout with validated business intelligence.
Validate B2B customers during registration. When a new company registers in your store, the company is automatically identified via D&B Type-Ahead Search. The DUNS number is stored, and all master data (name, address, management, industry) is standardized and transferred. This prevents typos and incomplete data records.
Enrich company data in real-time. Existing customer accounts are enriched with D&B Master Data Extended. You see company size, industry classification, ownership structures, and corporate hierarchy directly in the Magento backend. This improves segmentation, targeting, and the quality of your CRM data.
Compliance checks before closing business. Before an order is released, you automatically check KYC and AML data. Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Sanctions Screening, and ESG scores are available in the store. For regulated industries or international business, this is essential.

Integrate Type-Ahead Search directly in checkout. During customer registration, a search field is offered that communicates live with D&B Type-Ahead Search. Customer data can be enriched in two ways: During registration via Type-Ahead Search, the customer identifies their company themselves, and all data is automatically transferred. For existing customers, a batch enrichment can be performed where all customer accounts are matched and updated with D&B data. Custom Attributes store the D&B data in Magento.
Yes, MARINI supports both Magento 1 and Magento 2. Magento 1 has been End of Life since June 2020, but is still operated by many stores. For Magento 2, all endpoints and advanced features are available, such as multi-store scenarios and Custom Attributes. The D&B integration works in both versions.

Updates in the D&B Data Cloud (such as insolvency, company restructuring, or risk score) are automatically pushed.
