The integration typically includes Contacts, Companies, and Deals from HubSpot, as well as Customers, Products, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Inventory from Dynamics 365 F&O. Depending on the use case, Custom Objects, Activities, and additional entities can also be included.

Yes. Dynamics 365 F&O is frequently deployed on-premises or in private clouds. MARINI can securely connect these systems. No installation within the F&O system is required.

The native HubSpot connector is primarily designed for Dynamics 365 Sales and only synchronizes standard objects. It does not support complex field types and only allows synchronization of one object at a time. MARINI provides full control over all fields, Custom Objects, complex transformations, and bidirectional real-time sync.

With functioning access credentials and clear requirements, an initial setup is often possible within a few days. More complex scenarios involving multiple objects and transformations require additional time accordingly. MARINI offers full-service or co-creation, depending on how much you want to handle yourself.

All HubSpot Hubs are supported: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, Content Hub, Commerce Hub, and Data Hub. The integration uses the unified HubSpot API, so all Hubs can be connected through the same interface.
