Important note: The video shows the integration of HubSpot with SAP C4C. Of course, connecting to Evalanche with Shopware and many other systems is also possible.

Shopware is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the DACH region, strong in both B2B and B2C. Evalanche is the German marketing automation platform for professional email marketing, lead management and campaign-driven communication. Two systems that run in parallel in many organizations, yet rarely truly talk to each other.
The Evalanche Shopware integration via MARINI connects both systems bidirectionally and in real time. Customer data, order histories, opt-in status and purchase behavior flow automatically to where they are needed: into marketing. The result is personalized campaigns based on real shop data, with no manual exports and no data gaps.
Between e-commerce and marketing automation lie dozens of data points that are nearly impossible to maintain manually. These six use cases show what a professional Evalanche Shopware integration delivers in practice.
Synchronize customers and newsletter subscribers. New customers and newsletter sign-ups from Shopware are automatically created as profiles in Evalanche. All relevant fields are transferred: salutation, name, email, address, customer group and language. Changes flow back bidirectionally, so both systems always share the same state.
Align opt-in and opt-out status in compliance with GDPR. Consent status is synchronized between Shopware and Evalanche in real time. When a customer unsubscribes from the newsletter in the shop, it is immediately reflected in Evalanche, and vice versa. Double opt-in processes can be cleanly managed through Evalanche without Shopware losing control.
Leverage purchase behavior for campaigns. Order data, purchased product categories and cart values are passed to Evalanche. Marketing teams can build segments from this: frequent buyers, one-time buyers, customers of specific product groups. This makes newsletters and automations relevant rather than generic.
Automatically re-engage cart abandoners. When a cart is abandoned in Shopware, MARINI triggers a workflow in Evalanche. Personalized reminder emails featuring the specific products go out automatically. This boosts conversion without anyone having to intervene manually.
Drive retention marketing with transaction data. Purchase history and order frequency from Shopware feed into Evalanche scoring profiles. Retention campaigns, upselling and cross-selling are based on actual purchase data rather than assumptions. Event-based triggers, for instance after an order or a return, automatically launch the right communication sequences.
Connect multiple Shopware instances to one Evalanche tenant. Many companies run separate Shopware shops for B2B and B2C or for different countries. MARINI orchestrates data flows from multiple instances into one or more Evalanche pools, including pool aliases for multi-tenant setups. This keeps segmentation clean, even in complex shop landscapes.
The use cases on this page are not theoretical, but implementing them requires experience. You can set up integration and data management yourself through MARINI’s no-code interface, or have our team configure it for you. For implementation in your systems, we work collaboratively with you and your service providers. If you don’t yet have a suitable service provider, we’re happy to recommend an appropriate partner from our network.

Co-CEO at SC-Networks GmbH (Evalanche)
At SC-Networks, we see managing the customer journey through an integrated platform as the future of marketing. Evalanche and MARINI are an absolute dream team in this regard!
For: C-Level, management, business development
More revenue through data-driven marketing. When campaigns are based on real purchase data rather than outdated spreadsheets, response rates and conversion improve measurably. The Evalanche Shopware integration turns anonymous shop visitors into addressable contacts and one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers. This directly increases customer lifetime value.
Less friction, faster time to market. Manual data exports between shop and marketing system cost time and produce errors. With an automated integration, these processes disappear entirely. Campaigns can be launched faster because the data foundation is always current and available.
GDPR compliance as a strategic advantage. Both systems are German providers with hosting in Germany. Via MARINI, consent status is synchronized bidirectionally, EU-only hosting and ISO 27001-certified data centers secure the infrastructure. This is not just a legal requirement, it builds trust with your customers.
For: Marketing, sales, customer success, operations
Segmentation based on real purchase data. Instead of sorting contacts into lists by gut feeling, you use order histories, cart values and product categories from Shopware for audience definition in Evalanche. The result: more relevant campaigns with higher open and click rates.
Automated workflows instead of manual maintenance. Newsletter sign-ups, completed purchases, cart abandonments: every event in Shopware can automatically trigger a workflow in Evalanche. You focus on campaign strategy while data flows in the background.
Personalized communication across the entire customer lifecycle. From the welcome email through the post-purchase sequence to re-engaging inactive customers: Evalanche uses shop data for individualized communication at every touchpoint. Scoring profiles evaluate engagement and prioritize the next steps.
Multiple shops, one marketing system. If you run B2B and B2C shops in Shopware, MARINI orchestrates the data from all instances into Evalanche. Pool memberships and tenant structures are mapped correctly, so every audience receives the right messaging.
For: IT, development, system architects, admins
APIs and endpoints. MARINI uses the Shopware 6 Admin API (REST) and the Evalanche REST API for bidirectional synchronization. All Shopware endpoints are available, including custom endpoints. On the Evalanche side, profiles, pools, pool aliases, scoring values and activity data are accessed via the API. Shopware 5 is also supported.
Mapping, field rules and validation. The data models differ: Shopware knows only “Customer”, while Evalanche works with a profile-centric approach using pools. MARINI handles the mapping between both worlds through a no-code interface. Field rules, required fields, data type conversions and duplicate detection are configurable without writing any code.
Real-time synchronization and monitoring. Changes in Shopware, such as a new order or a newsletter opt-out, are detected via webhooks and passed to Evalanche in real time. All synchronizations are logged. Alerts notify you of errors, and the monitoring dashboard shows the status of every transfer. No installation in Shopware or Evalanche is required.
Security and hosting. MARINI hosts exclusively in the EU, and the data center is ISO 27001-certified. Data transmission is encrypted, and credentials are securely managed. Suitable for Shopware 5 and 6 as well as all Evalanche plans. Multiple Shopware instances can be connected and managed through a single MARINI configuration.
Business-critical data deserves maximum reliability. At MARINI, security isn’t an add-on—it’s our lived standard. Our security architecture at a glance:
This keeps your central data infrastructure stable, protected, and scalable at all times. Together, we’ll find the right integration and tailor it precisely to your requirements.
Typically, customers, newsletter subscribers, orders, cart abandonments, product categories and consent status are synchronized. On the Evalanche side, data flows into profiles, pools and scoring profiles. Via MARINI custom objects, additional entities such as accounts can be mapped, which Evalanche does not offer natively.
Yes, MARINI supports both versions. Shopware 5 has been end of life since July 2024 but is still connected. For Shopware 6, all endpoints including custom endpoints are available. The architectures differ fundamentally, and MARINI abstracts these differences.
The KruseMedien connector focuses on newsletter recipients and opt-in synchronization. MARINI goes significantly further: order data, purchase behavior, cart abandonments, scoring and multi-instance scenarios are all supported. In addition, MARINI offers a no-code interface with monitoring, logging and alerting that requires no installation in Shopware.
Yes. MARINI can connect any number of Shopware instances to one or more Evalanche pools. In multi-tenant setups, pool aliases are handled correctly. This allows B2B and B2C shops or country-specific shops to be cleanly mapped within a single Evalanche environment.
Yes. Evalanche is a German provider with hosting in Germany, and Shopware is also a German company. MARINI hosts exclusively in the EU, and the data center is ISO 27001-certified. Consent status is synchronized bidirectionally, and double opt-in processes are fully supported.
No. MARINI connects directly via the APIs of both systems. No plugin installation in Shopware and no add-on in Evalanche is required. Configuration is handled entirely through the MARINI no-code interface. MARINI can also take over the setup as a full-service engagement.
With MARINI, we use a reliable interface between our existing ERP system and HubSpot. The data exchange works seamlessly and delivers tangible added value in our day-to-day operations. We are particularly impressed by the platform’s clear structure as well as the direct and straightforward communication with the support team.

We support you in integrating Evalanche and Shopware. Personalized. Tailored to your goals.
