In Evalanche, typically profiles (contacts), pool memberships, scoring values, activity data (opens, clicks, form submissions), and consent status are synchronized. In SAP C4C, these include Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Tickets, and Activities. Custom Business Objects are also supported.

Profile and activity scores from Evalanche are transferred to SAP C4C in real time and stored on the contact record. With the DataEngine activated, scores can also be aggregated at the account level: individual scores from all contacts of a company are summed at the account level to measure account engagement.

No. MARINI connects directly via the APIs of both systems. No plugins, agents, or extensions are installed in the systems. The integration runs entirely through the MARINI platform without requiring any changes to your SAP or Evalanche environment.

No. MARINI connects directly to the SAP C4C OData API. A connection via SAP CPI is not required and is typically not requested. This simplifies the setup and reduces dependencies in your system landscape.

The duration depends on the scope. For a standard integration with contacts, leads, and scoring values, a working integration within a few weeks is realistic once credentials are available. More complex scenarios with custom objects or multi-stage workflows require correspondingly more time.

SAP Sales Cloud V2 is the next generation of C4C (V1) with an expanded API architecture. Not all customers have migrated yet. MARINI supports both versions. For new projects, it should be verified which version is in use, as APIs and available endpoints differ.
