Important note: The video shows the integration of HubSpot with SAP C4C. Of course, connecting to Evalanche with Dynamics 365 Business Central and many other systems is also possible.

Evalanche is a German marketing automation platform built for B2B teams who take email marketing, lead scoring, and GDPR compliance seriously. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an ERP system for small and mid-sized companies, handling everything from accounting to inventory to sales orders. These are two powerful systems, each excellent at what they do.
The Evalanche Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration connects them in real time, so marketing knows what customers actually buy and finance sees which campaigns drive revenue. Leads flow automatically from Evalanche to Business Central as customers, orders sync back with full context, and everyone works from the same truth. No spreadsheets, no delays, no data silos.
Here’s what becomes possible when marketing automation meets ERP:
Lead-to-customer without manual handoffs. A qualified lead in Evalanche becomes a customer record in Business Central automatically, complete with lead score, engagement history, and pool membership. Sales and finance start with complete context.
Marketing sees what actually sells. Sync sales orders, invoices, and payment status back to Evalanche. Marketing can segment by purchase behavior, send renewal reminders based on order dates, and prove ROI with real revenue data.
Product catalogs stay current everywhere. Items, prices, and inventory levels from Business Central flow into Evalanche. Marketing campaigns reference actual products with correct pricing, and you never promote something that’s out of stock.
Account-based marketing with ERP data. While Evalanche natively focuses on profiles, MARINI Custom Objects let you create separate account entities. Aggregate scores from multiple contacts, trigger campaigns based on company-level purchase history, and run true ABM plays.
Event-triggered campaigns from ERP events. A customer places an order in Business Central? Trigger a welcome series in Evalanche. Invoice overdue? Send a payment reminder. Contract renewal approaching? Start the retention campaign. All automatic.
Unified customer view across departments. Finance sees email engagement and lead scores. Marketing sees order history and payment status. Everyone makes better decisions because they’re working from the same customer data.
The use cases on this page are not theoretical, but implementing them requires experience. You can set up integration and data management yourself through MARINI’s no-code interface, or have our team configure it for you. For implementation in your systems, we work collaboratively with you and your service providers. If you don’t yet have a suitable service provider, we’re happy to recommend an appropriate partner from our network.

For: C-Level, Managing Directors, Business Development
Revenue attribution that actually works. Marketing finally proves its contribution with direct links between campaigns and invoices. You see which channels, messages, and audiences drive real revenue, not just vanity metrics. Business Central’s order data plus Evalanche’s campaign data equals clear ROI.
Faster revenue cycles. Leads become customers without handoff delays, orders trigger follow-up campaigns automatically, and renewals happen before contracts expire. The integration removes friction points that slow down your quote-to-cash process.
Data quality you can trust. One source of truth for customer data means finance and marketing work from identical information. No more reconciliation meetings, no more conflicting reports, no more decisions based on outdated spreadsheets.
For: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations
Before: Spreadsheet archaeology. You export a customer list from Business Central, clean it in Excel, upload it to Evalanche, hope the data’s still current, and repeat next month. After: Customers, orders, and product data sync automatically. You segment by actual purchase behavior, not guesswork.
Lead scoring that considers revenue. Layer Business Central’s order history and customer value onto Evalanche’s behavioral scoring. Prioritize leads from companies that already buy from you, or focus on high-potential accounts that haven’t purchased yet. Score profiles, then aggregate those scores at the account level with MARINI Custom Objects.
Campaigns triggered by business events. Customer places their first order? Send the onboarding series. Annual contract approaching renewal? Start the campaign 90 days early. Invoice goes overdue? Automated payment reminders. Business Central events trigger Evalanche automations without anyone lifting a finger.
Product promotions based on real inventory. Sync items and stock levels from Business Central. Marketing never promotes products that are out of stock or discontinued. Sales teams reference current pricing in every campaign.

Business Central exists in two worlds. There’s Business Central Online (SaaS) and Business Central On-Premises. MARINI connects to both. Same integration, different authentication paths. If you’re on-prem, we handle the network complexities.
API architecture that makes sense. Business Central speaks OData v4, Evalanche speaks REST. MARINI translates between them, handles rate limits, manages authentication (OAuth 2.0 for BC, API keys for Evalanche), and queues operations when systems are busy.
Field mapping with actual flexibility. Not every Business Central customer field maps cleanly to an Evalanche profile field. MARINI’s visual mapper lets you define transformations, concatenate fields, apply validation rules, and handle edge cases. When Business Central’s “Customer Name” needs to become Evalanche’s “First Name” and “Last Name,” you configure it once.
Custom Objects extend Evalanche’s data model. Evalanche natively works with profiles (contacts). MARINI Custom Objects let you add account entities, aggregate scoring data, and structure your data for account-based marketing. Think of it as giving Evalanche the object model it doesn’t have out of the box.
Business-critical data deserves maximum reliability. At MARINI, security isn’t an add-on—it’s our lived standard. Our security architecture at a glance:
This keeps your central data infrastructure stable, protected, and scalable at all times. Together, we’ll find the right integration and tailor it precisely to your requirements.
From Business Central to Evalanche: Customers, contacts, items, prices, sales orders, invoices, and payment status. From Evalanche to Business Central: Qualified leads with scores and engagement data, email activity, form submissions, and consent status. You configure which fields map where. MARINI Custom Objects also let you add account-level data that sits between both systems.
Both. MARINI connects to Business Central Online (SaaS) and Business Central On-Premises installations. The authentication method differs (OAuth 2.0 for cloud, service accounts for on-prem), but the integration capabilities are the same. If your BC is behind a firewall, we work with that too.
Yes, through MARINI Custom Objects. Evalanche natively focuses on individual profiles. MARINI lets you create custom account entities, link multiple profiles to each account, and aggregate scores at the account level. You can pull account data from Business Central, connect it to Evalanche profiles, and run account-based campaigns even though Evalanche doesn’t have accounts natively.
Usually Business Central for master data (company details, billing info, order history) and Evalanche for marketing data (lead scores, email engagement, consent). MARINI syncs bidirectionally, but you define which fields are read-only in each system. Conflicts get resolved by your rules, not by coin flip.
MARINI queues operations when approaching limits and spreads sync operations across time. You get logs showing what’s happening, alerts when something’s delayed, and the system automatically retries failed operations. Rate limits exist, MARINI works within them without you having to think about it.
The consent status syncs to Business Central immediately. If someone opts out, both systems know it. If you’re sending transactional emails through Business Central (invoices, shipping notifications), those still go through, but marketing emails stop. GDPR compliance works in both directions.
The integration of our marketing automation (Evalanche) and Salesforce via MARINI takes our data quality to a new level and provides the basis for successful account-based marketing.

With MARNI, we were able to successfully optimize our digital sales processes. We were particularly impressed by the flexibility and scalability of the platform, which helped us to implement our projects quickly and efficiently.

We support you in integrating Evalanche and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Personalized. Tailored to your goals.
