Profile scores can be aggregated at the account level to measure account engagement. Account data from the CRM is used for targeted ABM campaigns, and score aggregation shows which accounts are most active overall.

Evalanche does not natively offer custom objects. However, MARINI enables creating custom objects in MARINI and connecting them to Evalanche via the API. This indirectly extends Evalanche with arbitrary entities, such as accounts, products, or other business objects that go beyond Evalanche’s profile-centric approach. Additionally, scores captured at the profile level in Evalanche can be aggregated in custom objects to calculate, for example, an account score from all associated contact scores.

The setup time depends on the complexity of the scenario. Simple CRM-Evalanche synchronizations with standard fields can be live in a few days. More complex scenarios with custom objects, account scoring, and multiple pools require one to two weeks. MARINI offers both self-service and professional services.
