Would you like to have consistent and accurate customer data in Dynamics 365 at all times without any IT projects? That’s exactly what MARINI is for.

Whether Sales, Finance & Operations or Business Central: MARINI connects every Dynamics 365 product with CRM, ERP, e-commerce and marketing automation. Directly via the APIs, without Power Automate limitations.
Dynamics 365 is not one system but a family of independent products. Each comes with its own APIs, its own data models and its own integration requirements. That is exactly why you need a platform that knows and connects all variants.
When people talk about “Dynamics 365 integration,” they rarely mean the same thing. Dynamics 365 Sales runs on Dataverse and uses the Web API. Finance & Operations is based on an entirely different technology stack with OData endpoints and Data Entities. Business Central, in turn, has its own API pages and an AL-based extension architecture. These differences are not cosmetic: they determine which data can be synchronized and how, which field logic applies and how error handling works.
For integration projects, this means: a connector that works for Dynamics 365 Sales cannot be used for Business Central or Finance & Operations. If you want to connect systems across the entire Dynamics family, you either need three separate solutions or a platform that natively supports all variants. MARINI provides preconfigured adapters for every Dynamics 365 product and connects them with non-Microsoft systems such as SAP, HubSpot or Shopware.

Through MARINI, we conveniently deliver our data to any of our customers’ systems, whether CRM, ERP, or MDM – quickly and securely.
MARINI can connect all common Dynamics 365 products. The following pages show the specific integration options per system.
The following lists show a selection of the most popular integrations for Dynamics 365 products. MARINI can connect many more systems, including via custom adapters for proprietary interfaces.
CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or CAS genesisWorld are frequently used alongside Dynamics 365 ERP products. MARINI synchronizes accounts, contacts and opportunities bidirectionally between CRM and ERP.
Dynamics 365 Sales is frequently combined with an external ERP such as SAP or weclapp. MARINI synchronizes master data, price lists and documents between the systems.
Shopware and Magento are among the most common e-commerce platforms in the Dynamics 365 environment. MARINI transfers orders, customer data and inventory levels automatically between shop and ERP.
Evalanche, Eloqua and Inxmail are typical marketing automation systems coupled with Dynamics 365 products. MARINI keeps contact data, segments and opt-ins in sync.
Dun & Bradstreet delivers company data and D-U-N-S numbers directly into Dynamics 365 products. MARINI enriches accounts and leads automatically with validated company data.
leadtributor manages the distribution of leads to channel partners. MARINI connects leadtributor with Dynamics 365 Sales so that leads are automatically assigned and reported back.

The following scenarios are among the most common use cases that Dynamics 365 customers can implement with MARINI. The list is not exhaustive: depending on the system landscape and business process, further combinations are possible.
CRM-ERP synchronization across system boundaries. Sales teams work in Dynamics 365 Sales while accounting runs in Finance & Operations or an external ERP such as SAP. MARINI synchronizes accounts, contacts, price lists and quotes bidirectionally between both worlds. Changes to master data are transferred in real time so that sales always works with up-to-date prices and credit limits. This eliminates manual exports and measurably reduces error rates in document handovers.
Automated transfer of shop orders into the ERP. A Shopware or Magento shop receives orders that need to be created as sales orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations. MARINI transfers order data, customer master data and item information automatically, checking for duplicates and mandatory fields along the way. Inventory levels and delivery status flow back from the ERP into the shop. In practice, this means: less manual rework, faster order processing and consistent data in both systems.
Enrich marketing contacts with ERP data. Marketing automation systems such as Evalanche or Eloqua need up-to-date company data, segmentation and opt-in status from the CRM or ERP. MARINI synchronizes contacts and company data from Dynamics 365 into the marketing platform and feeds engagement data back. The result: marketing works with validated data instead of outdated lists, and sales can see which contacts have responded to campaigns.
Whether it’s a single process or a complex system landscape: We work with you to align your use cases and identify the right integration strategy. I look forward to the conversation.

Dynamics 365 integration is not an industry-specific topic — it is a process-driven one. That said, the concrete requirements vary considerably: in the financial sector, the focus is on compliance, KYC processes, and regulated data flows. In mechanical engineering and manufacturing, the priorities lie in partner sales, aftermarket processes, and complex customer structures with hierarchical relationships. In the media industry, it is subscriptions, reader engagement, and multi-channel distribution that drive integration needs. The following industry pages demonstrate how MARINI addresses these requirements in practice.
MARINI goes beyond the capabilities of native Microsoft tools: preconfigured adapters, duplicate detection, validation and monitoring for production-grade integrations. Non-Microsoft systems such as SAP, HubSpot or Shopware are also natively supported.
Native connectors only cover part of the picture. Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps are powerful tools for simple trigger-based automations within the Microsoft ecosystem. As soon as bidirectional master data synchronization, complex field mappings or the connection of non-Microsoft systems are required, they hit their limits. API limits, missing duplicate detection and restricted error handling make productive operation costly. MARINI delivers these capabilities as a platform standard, without requiring you to build and maintain flows individually.
Custom development ties up resources permanently. Custom code against the Dynamics 365 APIs is technically possible but requires continuous maintenance with every API update, every schema change and every new release. Dependency on individual developers or agencies grows with every interface. MARINI abstracts the API complexity into a configurable platform with logging, monitoring and alerting. Changes to mappings or field rules can be implemented without deployment.
Generic platforms don’t know Dynamics 365 in detail. Many iPaaS solutions offer a generic Dynamics 365 connector that covers basic functionality. The specifics of each product—such as Data Entities in Finance & Operations, API Pages in Business Central or the Dataverse structure in Sales—remain unaddressed. MARINI has specialized adapters for every Dynamics 365 product that understand product-specific data models, field types and validation rules. This saves configuration effort and prevents data loss during transformation.
Business-critical data deserves maximum reliability. At MARINI, security isn’t an add-on—it’s our lived standard. Our security architecture at a glance:
This keeps your central data infrastructure stable, protected, and scalable at all times. Together, we’ll find the right integration and tailor it precisely to your requirements.
MARINI supports all common Dynamics 365 products: Sales (Dataverse/Web API), Finance & Operations (OData/Data Entities) and Business Central (API Pages/OData). Each product is connected via a specialized adapter that understands the respective data model and product-specific APIs. This ensures that field types, relations and validation rules are mapped correctly.
Dynamics 365 Sales runs on Dataverse and uses the Web API with entity references and lookup fields. Business Central is based on its own architecture with API Pages and AL extensions. The data models, authentication methods and available endpoints differ fundamentally. MARINI addresses these differences with product-specific adapters so that you can focus on mapping your business data.
Yes. MARINI can connect both cloud-based Dynamics 365 instances and on-premises deployments. For on-prem scenarios, a secure connection is established via a tunnel without needing to open ports to the outside. This is particularly relevant for Finance & Operations customers still running on-premises.
For Dynamics 365 Sales, MARINI uses the Dataverse Web API. For Finance & Operations, OData endpoints and Data Entities are used. Business Central is connected via standard API Pages (v2.0) or custom API Pages. Authentication in all cases is handled via OAuth 2.0. MARINI manages token handling and error handling for API limits automatically.
Yes, that is exactly what MARINI is designed for. Typical scenarios include connecting Dynamics 365 Sales with SAP S/4HANA as an ERP, coupling Business Central with HubSpot as a marketing CRM, or linking Shopware to Finance & Operations. MARINI also supports niche systems via custom adapters.
No. MARINI fully replaces Power Automate for integration and synchronization scenarios. Power Automate excels at simple trigger-based workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem. For bidirectional master data synchronization, complex transformations and the connection of external systems, MARINI provides the more robust solution with monitoring, duplicate detection and error handling.
First, it is determined which Dynamics 365 product is in use and which systems need to be connected. Then the data objects, field mappings and synchronization directions are defined. MARINI handles the adapter configuration, sets up monitoring and alerting, and tests the integration in a staging environment. Implementation can be carried out entirely by the MARINI Professional Services team or as a co-creation effort with your team.
Yes. MARINI is operated in ISO 27001-certified data centers in the EU. All data is processed in compliance with GDPR and the Swiss revDSG. There is no routing via third countries, and personal data does not leave the EU. MARINI also offers data deletion and data subject access request features that support Dynamics 365 customers in fulfilling their GDPR obligations.
