In CAS SmartWe, typically contacts, companies, sales opportunities, and activities are synchronized. In SAP Business One, these are Business Partners, Items, Price Lists, Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Inventory. You determine yourself which objects and fields flow.
Yes. SAP Business One is frequently operated on-premises. MARINI can also connect on-prem systems without requiring installations in the B1 system. The requirement is an activated SAP Business One Service Layer, the modern REST/OData interface. Without Service Layer, integration is not possible.
MARINI synchronizes in real-time as soon as a record changes in one of the systems. However, you can also configure batch runs if that makes more sense for your scenario. The decision is yours, both options are available.
MARINI detects conflicts and displays them in the dashboard. You define rules in advance for which system takes precedence, or you decide manually. Logs document every conflict in an audit-proof manner. This way you maintain control and don’t lose any data.
