The CAS SmartWe Leadtributor Integration connects your CRM with intelligent lead routing. Leads from SmartWe flow to Leadtributor, are automatically assigned there, and feedback travels back to the CRM. You see in real-time which partner is handling the lead and what the status is. Leads directly from CRM into partner routing. New contacts from SmartWe automatically flow to Leadtributor. The platform handles routing by postal code, competencies, or region. How does it work technically?

REST APIs of both systems, bidirectional synchronization. CAS SmartWe offers a REST API with OAuth 2.0, Leadtributor as well. The MARINI HubEngine connects both via their native interfaces. You can push leads from SmartWe to Leadtributor and sync feedback data back. Partner assignments can also be synchronized bidirectionally. No plugin needed, everything runs via API.

Real-time or scheduled, configurable. The integration runs via webhook in real-time or scheduled. For lead routing, you usually want real-time; for reporting, hourly or daily is often sufficient. You configure this via the HubEngine UI, without code. Triggers can be set on field changes, such as when a lead status in SmartWe changes to “Qualified.”

Field mapping and duplicate prevention. The two systems have different data models. The HubEngine offers visual field mapping and transformation rules. You define which SmartWe fields map to which Leadtributor attributes. Duplicate checking runs via unique identifiers or matching rules that you define yourself. You have control over conflicts and overwrites.

Logging, monitoring, error handling. Every sync is logged, you see in real-time which records were successfully transferred and where errors occur. The MARINI platform offers alerts via email or webhook when something goes wrong. You can isolate faulty records, fix them, and retrigger without stopping the entire integration. This makes the solution production-ready.

Frequently asked questions about the integration

Typically, leads (customer inquiries), contacts, companies, and activities are synchronized from SmartWe to Leadtributor. Partner assignments, feedback status, escalation events, and conversion data flow back. You can freely configure the mapping and decide which fields run bidirectionally and which only in one direction.

Both are possible. For lead routing, real-time via webhooks is recommended so partners are notified immediately. For reporting or master data synchronization, a scheduled approach is often sufficient. The MARINI HubEngine lets you configure both in parallel, depending on data type and use case.

No. The MARINI HubEngine offers a no-code interface for field mapping, triggers, and transformation rules. You select the systems, define the objects, and set conditions by click. For complex business logic, you can optionally add JavaScript snippets, but that’s not mandatory. Many customers set up the integration themselves, others book professional services.

Leadtributor automatically forwards the lead to the next suitable partner or escalates it back to inside sales, depending on configuration. This status change is synchronized to SmartWe in real-time so your team sees what happened. You can define escalation rules in Leadtributor, such as after 24 hours without response.

CAS SmartWe is a pure cloud solution, but if you want to integrate other on-premise systems into the integration, that’s possible. MARINI can also connect on-premises systems via secure connectors. You can connect, for example, a local ERP or marketing automation that also delivers leads to Leadtributor.

The MARINI Integration Platform is GDPR and revDSG compliant, hosted in EU data centers with ISO 27001 certification. Data is transmitted encrypted (TLS), no data is permanently stored unless you activate the DataEngine for orchestration. Logging is anonymized and time-limited. You retain control over all data flows.
