MARINI synchronises the contact including scoring and activity history in real time to CAS genesisWorld or SmartWe. Sales instantly sees which leads are ready to buy and works with up-to-date engagement data instead of outdated spreadsheets. CRM-ERP integration. Sales creates a sales opportunity in CAS, the back office prepares the quote, the customer places the order. CAS has its own integration framework, and there are specialised partners within the CAS ecosystem. Nevertheless, many CAS customers hit limitations as soon as they want to go beyond standard scenarios. MARINI offers the more capable alternative: all objects including custom objects, on-premise too, with bidirectional synchronisation and monitoring.
Native connectors only cover standard cases. CAS ships its own standard connectors, for example for Outlook or individual email marketing tools. For many everyday scenarios, that is sufficient. But as soon as you want to synchronise custom objects, transform data or connect multiple systems simultaneously, flexibility and monitoring are lacking. MARINI picks up where native connectors leave off: bidirectional synchronisation with field mapping, validation and duplicate checking, monitored through real-time logs and alerts.

Yes. CAS genesisWorld is frequently deployed on-premise. MARINI can connect on-prem systems without requiring any installation in the CAS system. Communication takes place via the existing API interface. For SmartWe this is not relevant, as it is available exclusively as a cloud solution.
CAS genesisWorld offers both a REST API and a SOAP API. Webhooks are supported inbound and outbound. Custom objects are accessible via the API. CAS SmartWe offers a REST API through which all activated modules can be addressed. MARINI supports both API variants with dedicated adapters.
Yes. MARINI can synchronise all modules and custom objects in CAS genesisWorld, provided they are exposed via the API. This includes custom fields and relations. Configuration is done through the no-code interface of the MARINI platform.
No. MARINI works entirely via the API interfaces of the CAS systems. No installation, no plugin and no agent is required in the CAS system. This applies to both products — genesisWorld (including on-premise) and SmartWe (cloud).
Yes. MARINI is GDPR and revDSG compliant. All data is processed and hosted exclusively in the EU. The data centre is ISO 27001 certified. CAS Software itself also places great emphasis on data sovereignty and German hosting, so both sides of the integration meet European data protection standards.
