Through the Mautic marketing automation application, you can easily collect and develop your leads in a versatile way when you integrate your CRM system with Mautic. For example, you can seamlessly integrate your Salesforce Sales Cloud with Mautic via the Marini Integration Platform.
Using the HubEngine, you can route leads that come into Mautic into either your Contacts or Leads in Salesforce via Conditions. Additionally, you can use the Companies module in Mautic to sync the associated companies to your Sales Cloud. This way, you can route incoming inquiries into your CRM in real time and process them there. Studies have shown that 50% of sales go to the vendor that responds first. From the Sales Cloud, sales can also trigger actions in Mautic, such as predefined mailing campaigns.
A commonly used integration is from the open-source marketing automation application Mautic to SugarCRM’s CRM system. Collected leads through Mautic can be tagged with interests, as any fields can be created in Mautic. Leads can receive tailored and automated email campaigns based on their interests. This allows the lead to be nurtured and its interest to be increased. By integrating the CRM system with Mautic, the sales department has an overview of the different leads, their interests and their development status at any time.
Estimates suggest that sales spend about 2/3 of their available time on non-revenue generating activities -like gathering data. By integrating your marketing automation with your CRM and the associated automation of lead nurturing, sales has more time to focus on what really matters – selling.
You can integrate all Mautic modules, as long as they are accessible via the API of your Mautic system. This also includes custom modules in your system. In the HubEngine, you simply select the appropriate module in the adapter configuration.
Primarily, you need at least the HubEngine for your integration. Depending on your requirements, it may make sense to add the DataEngine as another component. This becomes necessary if you want to orchestrate, transform or store data as in a centralized or distributed platform. Of course, you can also add the DataEngine to your platform in a second step.
