In order to add users to an account in the HubEngine, you must of course have the necessary rights.
If you are in the corresponding account, you can select the User tab in the navigation on the left. This is not visible if you do not have the rights to edit users. When you select the tab, you will be directed to a new page. Here you will find the green button Invite User at the top right. If you click on this button, you will be directed to a new page.
Now there are two cases that can occur: Either the person you want to add already has a HubEngine account or not.
Invitation link
If the person does not have a HubEngine account, you can copy the invitation link and send it (right box). You can also open your mail client directly with the Send Invitation button and send the link. Then the person has to register. After that you can add them with the token (see below).
Token
Otherwise you need the personal token of the person you want to add. If you enter it in the field of the left-hand box and confirm it, you add the person to the account.
