Settings Prune Tables Scheduler

The Prune Tables Scheduler in the MARINI DataEngine is used to permanently remove records from the database that were previously marked as deleted. This function helps keep the database clean and efficient by eliminating redundant data.

Features

• Delete entries older than: Set how many days after being marked as deleted the entries will be permanently removed. The default is 7 days.

Steps

1. Enter the number of days.
2. Click Save to apply the settings.
3. Activate the corresponding scheduler (Prune Database on 1st of Month) for cleanup in the Admin menu under “Scheduler”.

This optimizes the database and ensures unnecessary data is permanently removed.

Note: If the data records have been completely removed, they cannot be restored. Therefore, use this function with caution.
