Leads are transferred automatically and in real time to the most suitable sales rep in a sales cloud. This lead routing takes place according to categories, for example, by postal code, industry or Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

Lead Routing in the scope of Marketing Automation

Leads that have passed through a nurturing process in a Marketing Automation solution are called Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). These MQLs are handed over to sales after reaching a sales threshold defined with marketing and sales. This handover takes place via the integration of the marketing solution and the sales solution.
