Using a HubEngine plan, the API endpoints of two systems are connected and the synchronization of the data is controlled. A HubEngine plan always consists of two adapters. You configure the adapters and all synchronization modalities such as mappings, conditions and actions.
Thus, a plan contains and manages all settings for the synchronization between two systems.
For example, an API endpoint in a CRM system could be Contacts or Accounts. If the contacts from a marketing automation system are synchronized with the contacts from a CRM system, a plan is required (MA-Contact<>CRM-Contact).
The plans can be configured, managed and monitored in the HubEngine through an intuitive user interface. You can find a list of available plans here.
