Using the HubEngine, conditions can be used to create subsets of records that are only considered during synchronization.
Conditions are set up within a plan. In a bidirectional synchronization, you can define separate conditions for each direction. Conditions can be configured under the respective “Connection” tab within a plan.
For example, if 1,000 changed contacts (records) have been reported via the connected API and 25% of them meet the defined conditions, only these 250 records will be synchronized. Using the HubEngine user interface, you can also configure complex and nested conditions.
