Using the Actions in the HubEngine values can be set or changed during synchronization. Actions can also be linked to conditions, so that they are only executed as soon as a condition applies.
Actions are set up within a plan. In a bidirectional synchronization, you can define separate actions for each direction. Actions can be configured under the respective “Connection” tab within a plan.
For example, a lead can be assigned the appropriate sales rep or a contact can be assigned the appropriate category. Using the HubEngine user interface, you can also set up complex and nested actions.
