Your Responsibilities

• Campaign Management Support: Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns (e.g., email marketing, lead nurturing, social media).
• Content Creation and Maintenance: Contribute to the development of landing pages, email templates, and automated workflows in close coordination with the team.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the analysis of campaign results, generate reports, and derive actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
• System and Tool Management: Integrate and maintain contacts in CRM and marketing automation systems, coordinating with internal teams.
• Market and Trend Monitoring: Research current marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing automation setup remains up-to-date.

What You Bring

• Current Enrollment: You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business, IT, or media-related program with a focus on marketing, communications, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Relevant Experience: Initial experience in online marketing (e.g., email campaigns, social media) or marketing automation is a plus.
• Interest in Data & Technology: You enjoy working with CRM and marketing automation tools and bring a high level of eagerness to learn.
• Analytical Skills: You work in a structured manner, quickly adapt to new tools, and can present numbers and results in an understandable way.
• Communication & Teamwork: You have strong communication skills in both German and English, work well in a team, and demonstrate an independent working style.
