Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the analysis and integration of customer data into our platform
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of Customer Intelligence solutions
  • Contributing to the creation of data models, dashboards & reports for customers
  • Supporting the consultation of our customers in data-driven processes
  • Researching and preparing trends, best practices, and use cases in the field of Customer Intelligence & Data Integration
  • Documenting processes, use cases, and solutions for internal and external purposes

Your Profile

  • Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a comparable field
  • Interest in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, or System Integration
  • Basic experience with databases (SQL), APIs, or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, R) is a plus
  • A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Enjoy working with customers and team members
  • Very good German and English skills
