Your Responsibilities
- Leveraging Customer Potential: Reach out to potential customers and partners who have already been identified as leads and further develop these relationships.
- Lead Nurturing: Guide existing leads through the sales process and prepare them for handover to the Account Executive team.
- Strengthening the Partner Network: Maintain our partner network, including HubSpot and HubSpot agencies, and support them in leveraging the full potential of our solutions.
- Social Selling: Use modern tools and social media channels to generate new leads, expand our reach, and build sustainable relationships with prospects.
- Engaged Teamwork: Work closely with the Account Executive team, marketing, and product development to effectively position our solutions in the market and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Goal Orientation: Set clear, measurable sales goals and pursue their achievement to actively contribute to the growth and success of Marini Systems.
What You Bring
- Sales Experience: Ideally in a B2B environment and with technology products.
- Communication Skills: Enjoy building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to convincingly communicate their value.
- Social Selling: Experience in social selling and the use of social media for customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Structured Working Style: Structured, independent working style, high self-motivation, and strong team spirit.
- Passion for Success: Enthusiasm for achieving measurable sales goals, being a deal maker, and actively contributing to company growth.
- Language Skills: German and English at a conversational level.
